1. Return Conditions

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Time Limit: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date.
  • Unopened & Sealed: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging, with any plastic wrap or security seals completely intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number from Oudarts.com is required for all returns.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund due to health, hygiene, and the perishable nature of organic oils:

  • Opened or used perfumes, sprays, or Oud oils.
  • Oud Wood (Bukhoor) that has been handled or used.
  • Custom Blends or personalized products.
  • Items on Sale or purchased during a promotional event.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

We take great care in packaging our luxury goods. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Please provide clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging.
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund for verified damaged goods.

4. How to Process a Return

  • In-Person (MODA MALL): You may bring your eligible, unopened item to our boutique for an immediate inspection and exchange or refund.
  • Online Orders: If you cannot visit the boutique, please contact us via our website’s contact form. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected at our MODA MALL location:

  1. We will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected based on the item’s condition.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  3. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
