1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original luxury packaging. The cellophane seal (if applicable) must be intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and the perishable nature of organic oils, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or tested Oud oils (Dehn Al Oud).
- Sprayed perfumes.
- Custom or bespoke blends.
- Sale items or gift cards.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at our MODA MALL location if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
- We require photographic evidence of the damage and the shipping box to process a replacement or refund for damaged goods.
- Claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Process for Returns
To start a return, please visit our boutique in person or contact us through the Oudarts.com contact form.
- Return Shipping: For online orders, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- In-Store Returns: You may return eligible online purchases directly to our boutique:Oudart > Unit 47 Building, MODA MALL, 20 Road 383, Manama
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We highly recommend purchasing Discovery Sets or samples before committing to full-sized bottles to ensure the scent profile meets your expectations.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
